CORAPAN® PORTE
CORAPAN® PORTE is our door panel which, thanks to the patented shear compensation, functions without warping even with large temperature differences.
CORAPAN® PORTE is our sandwich composite panel used as a door panel for doors and gates in the construction and industrial sectors. The structure of the core was developed specifically for this application. Due to the foam inserted in the core, CORAPAN® PORTE is largely warp-free. The cover layers are made of aluminium or GRP.
CORAPAN® PORTE offers the following advantages compared to alternative solutions:
Minimises warpage:
When there are differences between room and ambient temperature, the two aluminium face sheets expand differently. This usually leads to warpage of door panels with metal face sheets and insulating core. This is not the case with CORAPAN® PORTE. The layer of foam inserted in the core serves as a flexible bearing between the two aluminium face sheets and thus minimises warpage.Light and stable:
Due to the sandwich construction, CORAPAN® PORTE is very light and yet stable.Customised inserts:
Due to our manufacturing process, inserts can be easily inserted. Inserts serve as attachment points for hinges, locks, etc.. With inserts, a functional, customised product is created from a panel.Durable:
CORAPAN® PORTE has a closed-pore core, does not swell and does not weather. Our door panels have proven themselves over years in harsh environments.
We manufacture formats, cuts, edge trims and inserts according to your specifications. Find out more about our range on the pages on inserts, edge trims and cover sheets.
