CORAHEX® is our sandwich composite panel with aluminium honeycomb core, which we also produce in extra widths and thicknesses.

CORAHEX® is our sandwich composite panel with aluminium honeycomb core and aluminium face sheets. Aluminium honeycomb cores offer an excellent weight-strength ratio. CORAHEX is therefore a good choice when high stability with low weight is a priority and when insulation is not an issue.

CORAHEX® offers the following advantages compared to alternative solutions:

• Special formats
  With our discontinuous production we can also manufacture unconventional formats of max. 6000x2200mm and thicknesses between 10 and 40mm.

• Special face sheets
  Our production process allows the manufacture of sandwich composite panels with aluminium honeycomb core and special face sheets also made of other materials such as chrome steel. For high loads, suitable alloys or thicker face sheets are used. For sound insulation in interior construction, perforated aluminium face sheets can be processed.
