CORAPAN® AL 150
CORAPAN® AL 150 is our sandwich composite panel for construction. It is used as a substitute for wood or concrete due to its good weight-strength ratio and weather resistance. The product sets standards in terms of surface quality.
CORAPAN® AL 150 is a sandwich composite panel of the CORAPAN® product family with our own manufactured core, the CORACEL®. CORAPAN AL 150 uses aluminium for the face sheets. The core is optimised in its fire behaviour, so that the product is excellently suited for use in the construction sector.

The products of the CORAPAN® product family with aluminium top layer do not weather, which is impressively proven with a track record of several decades. The cellular framework of the core is closed-pored.Customised inserts:
Due to our manufacturing process, inserts can be easily inserted. Inlays serve as reinforcement, fixing points, etc. With inlays, a functional, customised product is created from a panel.

DIMENSIONING
The following graph shows the allowable load at a given span for different slab thicknesses. The permissible load is defined as the load at which a deflection of span/300 results. The following boundary conditions also apply:
