Aluminum sandwich panels in widths up to 2'610mm

We now have aluminium coils in stock in the maximum available width of 2630mm. We use them to produce sandwich panels in formats up to 2'610 x 10'300mm or even wider.

Kits for motorhomes

As of now, we are offering you kits for the construction of living cabins for motorhomes. You will receive ready-to-assemble wall, floor and ceiling elements, as well as the corresponding profiles, flaps, doors and the required adhesive.

New press put into operation

After a year of planning and 9 months of construction, we have finally put our new press into operation. This is the biggest investment since the Gunzgen site was built in 1973.

Our new work horse has arrived

After several months of construction, our new continuous press arrived at the end of December. With the commissioning of the new press, the production of sandwich panels with formats up to 2'450 x 10'000mm is possible.

Coratec sets new standards for sandwich panels

Thanks to the newly acquired continuous press, panels over 2,200 millimetres can also be produced in the future. Managing director Philipp Zurflüh explains in an interview the concrete advantages in panel production for construction, transport and industry.
