FLAPS FOR VEHICLE CONSTRUCTION
Our flaps are used in vehicle construction, for example for truck tailgates, stationary vehicles or bar trailers as well as for special containers.
Due to the sandwich construction, the flaps are light and at the same time very stable. With our special manufacturing process, we can produce flaps of up to 6000mm length and 2200m width with a single core piece instead of the usual multi-part cores on the market. According to our customers, there is nothing comparable on the market for this application. In particular, the unsurpassed surface quality, the high bending stiffness and the flatness that remains constant over years distinguish our flap from alternative solutions. Optionally, inserts can be inserted, for example as reinforcement or for fastening the gas dampers.

Your options for execution
The truck tailgates are reinforced with inserts at the support point of the gas dampers, making them extremely light and at the same time very stable.
Due to the excellent ratio between weight and bending stiffness, the panels are suitable for large-format trailer flaps.
In the case of the flaps of bar trailers, stand-up vehicles, etc., the sides seal off the sides when closed and form the roofing when open. Inserts for fastening hinges and gas dampers as well as empty tubes for ventilation are often integrated into the panels.
