OVERSIZED SANDWICH PANELS

Particularly in vehicle manufacturing and construction, panels with widths, depths or heights of over 2,200 millimetres are often needed. Thanks to the newly acquired continuous press, Coratec will also be able to produce sandwich panels in oversizes in the future.

The heated continuous press is the ideal production tool: it has a pressing area of 3,000 by 10,000 millimetres and can be used particularly flexibly. Large panels can be produced in large quantities as well as individual, customised solutions. The sandwich panels can be ordered in various formats, colours and thicknesses, especially with aluminium surfaces.

PROCEDURE

We supply everything from sandwich panels in oversize and large quantities to customised elements in small quantities. We will be happy to advise you on the phone or on site. Production takes place in Gunzgen, Switzerland, exclusively to order.
